NEW CONSTRUCTION BANK PHASE INSPECTIONS
During a busy construction season, banks are using companies such as Atlantic Building Inspections to inspect while the construction process is performed. During each stage of the construction process, the bank releases a draw to the company for funds to complete the project. We have been performing draw/phase inspections for years and have worked with the banks’ best interest in releasing funds.

During the construction process will review all draw requests, meet with the contractor or his representative, and visit the job site. We can also attend progress meetings Our reports include the following:
General Description of the Project
Current status of the construction process including comments on each phase of construction
Time schedules and projected completion dates
General conditions and concerns including quality of workmanship
Verification of permits, zoning, licenses, taxes, and insurance or bonding for the project and contractor
