HOME INSPECTIONS (Home, Condo and Town Homes)

Atlantic Building Inspections has been trusted by property buyers, investors, banks, and law firms to help them make informed buying decisions for numerous years.  Our senior inspector, Carlos Gonzalez, has performed over 7,000 property inspections in South Florida (Miami-Dade and Broward Counties).  Our team of “Home Inspectors” is like none other comprised of “Certified Real Estate Inspectors” and “Professional Engineers”.  Our home inspection service is based on years of experience and unwavering integrity.

"If you choose a home inspection company based on price alone, you might be disappointed in the near future. It pays to do research.  Home inspectors have different levels of expertise and a part-time or less-experienced home inspector can charge much less than a full-time professional."

A home purchase could be the single most important purchase of your life.  Take the time to go through this web-site and make an informed decision.

Why is a Home Inspection so Important?

HOME BUYERS: Emotion often affects the buyer and makes it hard to imagine any problems with their new home.  A home inspection puts the buyer in a better buying position and denotes any items, which may need attention.  Too often someone buys a property only to find issues with certain components or systems after they move in instead of before.

HOME SELLERS:  More and more sellers are choosing to have a thorough inspection before or when they first list their home. First and foremost, you should have a home inspection for full disclosure. You will have demonstrated that you did all you could do to reveal any defects within the home. Second, you will save money and hassle by knowing now what your defects are, not after you have already negotiated a price and are faced with costly repairs discovered on the buyer’s inspection. Defects found before the buyer comes along allow you to shop around for a contractor and not deal with inflated estimates that a buyer may present.

Testimonials

Carlos,

Thank you for the emailed report and for the service.

It's good working with you and your staff. I just started back in the real estate business recently and have used your firm twice. Each time, the service has been excellent (which is rare in Miami) - from the scheduling and coordinating, to the inspection itself and the reporting process and output received by the clients. I like how your firm operates.

Feel free to use me as a referral if ever needed.

I look forward to working with your firm again.

Again, thank you and best regards,

Scott Voelker
